Overview We're hiring for a Director of Growth for a fast‑growing DTC energy drink brand. We're looking for someone who can own full‑funnel growth with a subscription‑first focus. Responsibilities Own paid acquisition (Meta), creative strategy, CRO, email/SMS, retention, and the promotional calendar; manage campaigns, budget allocation, and reporting (see job description, pages 1–2). Guide content strategy and creative production across founder, UGC, and whitelisting buckets; level up TikTok and organic content. Lead CRO and landing page testing to turn traffic into subscribers; run offer experiments, heatmaps, and session analysis. Build and optimize subscription retention: cancellation flows, winback, loyalty incentives, and Klaviyo/email flows; manage promotional calendar across channels. Forecast and track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, churn, subscription rate) and report weekly/monthly/quarterly. Qualifications Has 7+ years scaling DTC/CPG brands via paid media with proven revenue impact. Deep Meta ad buying experience (manual, CBO/ABO, Max Value, Bid Caps) and a track record of testing and scaling winners. Subscription CRO and retention experience; fluent with Klaviyo and email/SMS strategies. Strong creative sensibility: has tested messaging, produced content, and worked with creators.
