Description The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for answering and resolving phone calls and e‑mail requests related to Franklin Electric & WDM products, offering timely and accurate remote and on‑site technical service. The role includes supporting the sales team with quotes, ensuring correct equipment selection and calculation, supporting warranty processes (RMA generation, resolution, replacement delivery), and providing remote and in‑person technical trainings to distributors and their clients. Department: Technical Support Location: Mexico - Monterrey Key Responsibilities Understand the customer's situation to ensure a positive experience with the product and brand. Execute quotes for all product families offered by FE. Support physical tests of FE products to ensure correct functioning. Develop commercial and technical presentations. Provide remote technical support to clients from the sales team. Follow up on troubleshooting and problem resolution. Perform extraordinary field visits to solve problems on site. Generate no‑warranty reports for products claimed in the warranty process. Deliver a weekly technical activities report. Support calls with clients and end users for product questions. Review new products that may present field failures and document information. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Administration or Mechatronic Engineering Experience: 1 to 2 years in the field (not necessary); strong understanding of electric motors and controls such as starters (DOL, reduced voltage) and variable frequency drives. Languages: English, 80% spoken & written. Initial Formation: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
