Support the recruitment team by generating candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate ATS data, and ensuring smooth interview coordination for tech and regulated roles within a fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for technical and regulated roles (CNBV / Banco de México context). Screen and organize candidate profiles to build qualified pipelines. Maintain and update candidate information in Workday (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and process tracking. Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups). Support the recruitment team in keeping processes organized, timely, and efficient. Workday (ATS) Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Profile Requirements Disposition to commute to zona Arcos/Lomas 4 days per week. Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently. This role is designed as an entry point into Talent Acquisition.
