RevReply is the AI-powered conversion optimization layer between lead acquisition and sales handoff. We don’t help you send more emails—we handle what happens after someone responds. Our platform plugs into your existing GTM stack and lead gen engine to ensure every inbound reply gets handled instantly, intelligently, and all the way through to the booked meeting that actually happens—improving conversion rates by 10–30%. Founded in 2023 by Ramsey Al‑Ramahi (former Head of Global , where he joined as employee #13 and helped them scale ($3B+ unicorn)) and Jay Wu (former CTO of Office Ally, who started entry-level and rose to CTO leading 60+ engineers all the way through exit), RevReply was built from firsthand experience watching companies lose deals simply because they responded too slowly to prospects who raised their hand. Today, RevReply is rated 5 stars on Gartner and 4.9 stars on G2 , recognized as a G2 High Performer—one of the youngest companies ever to earn that distinction alongside names like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Apollo. The company has grown entirely organically through word of mouth. We’re building the objective-driven revenue orchestration layer that ensures outcomes—not just outreach. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to build category-defining technology with a team that operates at startup speed and enterprise ambition. If you want to work on cutting‑edge AI that’s already delivering real revenue impact for real companies, this is it. The Role RevReply is looking for an experienced Sr. PHP Laravel Engineer to own and evolve the application layer that powers everything our platform does. You’ll work directly with our CTO to architect, build, and scale the systems that connect AI intelligence to real‑world sales outcomes—handling everything from email orchestration and calendar integrations to GTM stack connectivity, third‑party API connections, and the human‑in‑the‑loop workflows that make RevReply uniquely powerful. The ideal candidate has built sales products before, can design scalable software architecture, lead engineering decisions, and ship production features fast. You understand that in a startup, the best engineer is the one who can go from whiteboard to deployed feature in days, not quarters. You’ll see your work directly impact revenue for our clients from the moment it ships.
