Governance, Operations Manager Full Time | HybridAguascalientes, MX Job Overview We are seeking a Governance, Operations Manager to drive governance execution through structured oversight, process ownership, and cross‑functional coordination. The role ensures governance compliance, data accuracy, and process adoption across key operational workflows. Responsibilities include owning end‑to‑end governance processes, maintaining data integrity in internal systems, and proactively closing process gaps for scalable, compliant operations. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end governance processes related to contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) management Drive governance compliance by ensuring accurate and complete data within internal systems Lead governance metric reporting, including preparing insights for daily stand‑ups, analyzing trends, and proactively flagging risks with recommendations Oversee process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, implementing improvements, and driving adoption and enforcement Strengthen documentation and support process improvement by addressing key documentation gaps Support governance deal reviews through analysis of contracts and SOWs to ensure alignment with governance standards Coordinate across Subscriber Success, Finance, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution Independently escalate risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders based on process requirements Serve as system administrator for digitized governance workflows, maintaining data integrity and ensuring effective process execution within internal platforms Operate and leverage AI tools and internal systems to enhance efficiency, reporting, and process execution Qualifications & Experience 2–4 years of experience in governance, operational controls, process coordination, or related functions (flexible based on demonstrated capability) Proficient English skills, oral and written (C1) Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) Strong ability to track workstreams, manage ownership, and drive items to completion Experience with process documentation, improvement, and implementation Experience serving as a system administrator or owner of digitized workflows, maintaining data integrity, managing configurations, and supporting process execution within internal platforms Proficiency in preparing structured reports, summaries, and governance documentation Experience working within systems or platforms to manage operational and governance data Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience with governance frameworks, compliance tracking, or operational controls Exposure to cross‑functional or global team environments Familiarity with process migration or system transition efforts What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and governance compliance Demonstrated initiative with the ability to identify gaps and drive process improvements Interest in governance, operational controls, and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structured and organized workflows Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify risks Comfortable working cross‑functionally and driving alignment across teams AI‑forward mindset with openness to leveraging tools and automation Education Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
