Brief Job Description We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. Job Overview Reporting to the Production Manager within the remit of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will coordinate multiple teams under general direction and focus on Total Production Efficiency (TPE). The role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and improving key component manufacturing and associated customer‑facing processes. The position requires strong background in production supervision, quality, performance management, employee relations, recruitment & selection, and health & safety. Responsibilities Manage, improve, and motivate a unit of 60+ personnel to achieve business objectives. Plan, execute, and monitor operations, feeder processes, and assembly line to meet production targets. Apply and maintain operational metrics (KPIs) for performance analysis and commercial awareness. Engage in recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, dispute resolution, and employee engagement. Ensure health & safety compliance within the factory environment. Conduct disciplinary meetings, return‑to‑work interviews, and performance reviews with the team. Communicate daily with the Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Team Lead Support, Project Engineers, Logistics, and Stores personnel to ensure deadlines are met and products are shipped on time. Maintain leadership to achieve production targets within a customer‑focused company. Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of supervision experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems. Strong background in industry‑standard KPIs that support business goals. Proven record of employee engagement, performance management, and dispute resolution. Health & safety awareness in a factory setting. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production targets.
