Position Objective: Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department in administrative and operational processes, ensuring compliance with hiring procedures, safeguarding employee information, and delivering a positive onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: Document Management & Record Keeping: Manage, organize, and maintain physical and digital employee records. Conduct document audits to ensure personnel files comply with internal policies and legal requirements. Hiring Administration: Prepare individual employment agreements and administrative documents. Coordinate signatures and monitor temporary contract expiration dates. Onboarding Processes: Execute the onboarding and welcome program for new hires. Provide administrative follow-up throughout the employee onboarding process. Administrative Support: Support daily administrative activities and operational tasks within the Human Resources department. Operational Flexibility: Collaborate on additional tasks, projects, and activities based on the needs and priorities of the Human Resources department, including support for the Talent and Development team. What You Bring: Active student in the final semesters of Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources , or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel required for database management and tracking). English: Intermediate level , capable of reading documentation, writing emails, and maintaining basic conversations. Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Strong discipline in handling and maintaining data integrity. High Level of Responsibility & Ethics: Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Organization: Ability to manage operational tasks in a structured and efficient manner. Assertive Communication & Empathy: Ability to communicate clearly and provide a warm and professional experience to new employees.
