Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Mail Boxes Etc. – Plaza Palmas Chihuahua II in Chihuahua, CHH. The Sales Representative will engage directly with walk-in and business customers to understand their shipping, packing, and logistics needs and propose appropriate MBE solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining service options, preparing quotes, processing transactions, and ensuring orders are accurately documented and dispatched. The role also involves prospecting and following up with local businesses, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales. The Sales Representative will collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized workspace and consistently deliver professional, courteous customer service aligned with MBE standards. Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and client support skills. Sales, negotiation, and basic business development skills to identify and close opportunities. Clear verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; basic English communication is a plus. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale and shipping software quickly. Attention to detail, accuracy in handling orders, and ability to follow operational procedures. Proactive attitude, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Prior experience in retail, logistics, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
