About The Role As Finance Manager at CBRE, you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to our clients' strategic decision‑making in the relevant regions/countries. This position is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations function. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. What You'll Do Act as a liaison and point of contact between the offices in LATAM, USA, and other regions on matters such as reports, accounting reports, budget control, requests for information, etc. Prepare cash flow statements projecting profits. Create budgets from scratch. Prepare balance sheets and P&L analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives. Prepare projections, forecasts, accounting closes, reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related tasks. Create and record journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, financing requests, and other transactions for the accounting period are accurately recorded. Generate and review financial packages to produce accurate and complete reports. Prepare packages according to a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams. Review and audit financing and payment requests to verify their accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures. Resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting matters and reports. Other duties may be assigned. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Advanced English required. Minimum 5 years of experience in Latin America, of which at least 2 must be as a Coordinator/Supervisor. Specialization and/or MBA in Finance (significant advantage). Recent experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms (significant advantage). Experience in service companies: maintenance, facilities management, etc. (significant advantage). Why CBRE?
