Client Management & Business Development Lead relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic point of contact. Follow up with active clients, ensuring quality deliverables and meeting expectations. Identify business opportunities within existing clients and support their development. Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations for prospects. Leadership of Strategic Projects Structure, coordinate, and lead high-impact projects within TAG (foreign trade, compliance, operations, and special projects). Translate strategic guidelines into clear and actionable plans. Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Ensure compliance with scope, timing, and quality of assigned projects. Operational Execution & Follow-up Monitor progress, risks, and pending items, reporting directly to the assigned leader. Ensure disciplined execution through structured follow-up and activity tracking. Document processes, agreements, and key deliverables. Coordination of Teams & Third Parties Coordinate efforts with internal areas (Finance, Operations, Transportation, etc.). Manage external consultants, ensuring technical quality and objective fulfillment. Integrate different areas and disciplines into structured solutions for the client. Corporate Compliance & Risk Management Identify regulatory and operational risks in client projects and operations. Propose viable solutions aligned with regulations and business objectives. Support the preparation of reports, evaluations, risk matrices, and required documentation. TAG Development & Strengthening Contribute to the standardization of methodologies, processes, and best practices. Support the structuring of new projects and services. Promote a culture of structured execution and results-driven mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in project management, regulatory compliance, consulting, or complex operational environments. Knowledge of IMMEX programs, VAT-IEPS, and applicable foreign trade regulations. Experience leading multidisciplinary strategic projects. Experience in client service and corporate client management, including interaction with executive-level stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred). Advanced English proficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
