About the Role As our Tenant Relations – Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants. Whether it’s answering questions, solving a problem, or just making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll play a big part in keeping our tenants happy. If you have customer service experience—especially in property management or real estate—even better! What You’ll Do Be the go-to person for tenants via phone, email, or in-person. Handle questions, maintenance requests, and concerns with a positive, can-do attitude. Keep tenant records up to date in our systems. Work with our maintenance, leasing, and accounting teams to get things done quickly. Help with lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes. Follow up on open requests to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What We’re Looking For Customer service experience (property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required). Great communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional. Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software (MS Office; property management software is a plus). Organized and detail-oriented. Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
