We are looking for a Recruitment & Selection Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in full-cycle recruitment , including middle management, staff, and high-volume hiring , preferably within industries such as logistics, transportation, real estate, construction, leasing, and automotive . The selected candidate will play a key role in attracting and hiring the right talent for our organization, with a strong focus on operational and strategic positions, including transport operators . Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Source and attract candidates through different channels Lead recruitment for middle management, staff, and high-volume positions Recruit operational profiles, especially transportation operators Conduct interviews and candidate assessments Coordinate hiring processes with internal leaders Ensure timely coverage of vacanciesTrack recruitment metrics and propose process improvements Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Proven experience in recruitment and selection across different levels Strong experience in mass hiring and operational recruitment Experience recruiting for logistics and transportation sectors is highly desirable Knowledge of recruiting for industries such as real estate, construction, leasing, and automotive Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who is: Proactive Organized Hands-on Service-oriented Strong in execution and follow-up Able to build strong relationships with internal clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
