Key Responsibilities Participate in daily team meetings and understand assigned tasks and priorities. Assist in understanding business requirements and change requests with guidance from seniors. Support development and maintenance of applications in the AS/400 environment (RPG/RPGLE/SQL) under supervision. Help in preparing and executing basic test cases for functional and regression testing. Support test environment readiness by following defined checklists and procedures. Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking incidents, defects, and change requests. Perform basic troubleshooting in test environments and escalate issues appropriately. Support test data setup and validation activities as instructed. Update documentation and knowledge articles in the Knowledge Management portal. Execute predefined test scripts and assist in debugging automation scripts. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to learn project workflows. Follow coding, testing, and documentation standards defined by the project. Actively participate in learning and development programs to build technical and domain skills. Must Have 4-year bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT or related field. Basic understanding of programming concepts and databases (SQL fundamentals). Willingness to learn RPG/RPGLE and AS/400 technologies. Ability to read and write basic technical documentation in English. Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in application support roles. Nice to Have Internship experience or academic exposure to RPG, COBOL, Java, or similar languages. Basic knowledge of testing concepts or SDLC. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts. Exposure to tools like JIRA (academic or internship level).
