About The Role This role will be responsible for developing sales of core products and strategic products in different public accounts based mainly in Mexico City and Estado de México. The person will generate demand, engage with HCPs, attend procedures in hospitals, identify opportunities to collaborate with marketing, and generate strategic events to position BSCI in the HCP premises. Attend procedures Drive demand generation Understand the market and our competitors in public markets Report sales, procedures, and opportunities in Salesforce Increase average ticket per account by complementing with additional products when possible Have a clear understanding of growth opportunities by account/physician Understand the sales process in the public medical device industry Quickly learn internal processes, identify stakeholders, and follow up on each request to guarantee end‑to‑end accountability in the sales cycle Collaborate to foster an excellence action and execution culture Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or sales area Flawless execution to gain market and manage objections At least 2‑3 years in sales English fluency B2 or higher Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work Availability to attend procedures and experience in OR Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint End‑to‑end accountability is required Located in Mexico City Desired Qualifications Experience in public hospitals Peripheral intervention experience Experience in education activities in the healthcare industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
