We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our U.S.-based Marketing Team. This 100% remote position is open to candidates residing in Mexico. What You’ll Do As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to visually communicate STAND 8’s value proposition. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a brand that is synonymous with personalized service and enterprise innovation. Responsibilities Create compelling visual assets across digital and print, including pitch decks, social media graphics, website design, case studies, white papers, and email campaigns. Design and maintain brand-consistent templates and style guides for internal and external use. Partner with web developers and content creators to evolve our digital presence through user-friendly, visually striking design. Lead visual storytelling efforts for campaigns, thought leadership, and client success stories. Provide art direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and external vendors as needed. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print media. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with web design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar). Deep understanding of brand systems and how to scale design across touchpoints. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote work setting. Nice-to-Haves Experience working with U.S.-based marketing teams or global organizations. Video and motion graphics experience. Familiarity with B2B technology, staffing, or consulting environments.
