Responsibilities Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements in Mexico and Central America related to the labeling of cosmetic products. Ensure timely and accurate preparation, compilation, and strategically planned submission of regulatory packages and applications to the appropriate authorities. Ensure products comply with local and international regulatory standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sanitary regulations and standards in Mexico and Central America, ensuring the company’s products meet these requirements. Manage and mentor a team of regulatory professionals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization. Provide training and support to staff on regulatory matters. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of regulatory submissions, approvals, and RAO management activities. Prepare regular reports on regulatory performance for the management team. Ensure all product documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, industry groups, and external partners. Represent the company in regulatory discussions. Provide technical regulatory advice to internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and quality assurance teams. Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and filings to relevant authorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs. Experience working with regulatory authorities and industry bodies. Fluent English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of supply chain management. In-depth knowledge of advertising approval processes and regulatory requirements for cosmetic or pharmaceutical products in Mexico and Central America. Strong risk management skills with the ability to balance regulatory compliance and business needs. Proficiency in regulatory documentation and submission processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
