Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in engineering and experience in manufacturing processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a focus on results, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. This role will involve daily production analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze daily production reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes. Utilize statistical tools and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production outcomes (knowledge of Core Tools is desirable). Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focusing on achieving measurable results. Maintain effective communication and provide leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward production goals. Demonstrate a results‑driven approach, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering Required Bilingual: English +5 years of proven experience in manufacturing processes (essential). Knowledge of statistical analysis and Six Sigma tools (desirable). Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC) is a plus. Languages: Conversational English required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail in identifying trends and driving solutions. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross‑functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
