About The Role As a SAP CPI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions that connect SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on‑premise systems across Carrier’s digital ecosystem. This role supports complex enterprise integration initiatives and requires strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, cloud‑based integration architectures, API‑driven communication, and event‑based messaging. You will play a key role in enabling secure, scalable, and high‑performing integrations that support critical business processes. Key Responsibilities Developing and optimizing SAP CPI iFlows to enable seamless SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on‑premise integrations Implementing and configuring adapters such as OData, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, AS2, and AMQP Managing and configuring security artifacts including PGP, OAuth, certificates, and key management Troubleshooting and resolving SAP CPI integration issues efficiently across environments Implementing B2B and B2C integration solutions, including EDI mappings Ensuring compliance with security protocols such as OAuth, SSL, and SAML Supporting API‑based and event‑driven integration architectures Participating in integration design discussions and solution improvements Staying current with the latest SAP CPI features, enhancements, and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP CPI Experience with SAP PI and PO (nice to have but not required) Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on‑premise integration strategies Expertise in SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Connector Deep knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, OData) and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV) Hands‑on experience with EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and AS2 Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting for custom integration logic Hands‑on experience with API management and event‑driven architectures Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Advanced English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Health insurance coverage Professional development opportunities Carrier is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
