Position: Homeroom Teacher (Grades 7–9)A minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience at the middle school level is required.Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is essential.Experience preparing students for high school entrance exams is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Lead a homeroom group with confidence and consistency. Design and implement effective lesson plans for diverse learners. Prepare students for high school entrance exams with targeted strategies. Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with families and staff. Required Qualifications: Full English fluency (spoken, written, and reading); Spanish is a strong asset. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification or license. Experience with progressive methodologies (e.g., Inquiry-Based Learning, PBL, IB). Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education. Training in Readers & Writers Workshop. Apple Certified Educator. Experience with co-teaching models and the Reggio Emilia approach. Strong background in classroom-based instruction and exam preparation.
