Responsibilities Make a programmanagement plan Define projectsand programs are alignedwith the strategic plan of the organization Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program Lead and coach the Programteam members in meeting project objectives Monitor and review the business in meeting the financialandoperational objectives. Management and assurance of meeting customer’srequirements and expectations Key liaison person nel between customer and business unit. Oversee timely competition ofproduction schedules and new project-start-up through efficient coordination of alllevels inclusive of procurement and engineering team. Coordinate and manage relationships with customers, internal groups and suppliers. Manage and review customer PO. S/O, changes, updates, and closure. Review MRB/ECN/DN and providedisposition. Main point of contact for customer-related queries. Review demand/forecast from customerand provide delivery updates. FC management/SO management. Liaise with planner, purchasing, and factory personnel to resolve material/delivery issues. To facilitate product releaseanddelivery activities. Proposeworkimprovements plantomanagement. Toprovide resources to support NAVISION MRP/MPS implementation andtodaysupport inmaterial-planning group. Qualifications Electronic Experience required Education and experience equivalent to 5+ years of Program Management in a comparable industry or role. Demonstrated program leadership and management ability, including experience with project management tools, ERP/MRP software, and customers specialized project software. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – both written & verbal. Evidence of effective problem-solving, analytical-thinking, and strong decision-making skills. Ability to operate as a highly-motivated self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
