The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for translating product definition and technical data into robust, efficient, and manufacturable production processes. This role ensures industrial feasibility, develops and optimizes manufacturing methods, and supports production readiness while meeting Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Innovation (SQCDPI) objectives. Responsibilities Translate product definition and technical data into manufacturable production processes. Ensure industrial feasibility and meet SQCDPI objectives. Define manufacturing strategies. Develop and optimize manufacturing methods. Develop technical documentation and production routings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support industrial validation activities for OEM/MRO aerospace operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, methods engineering, or process engineering within aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, metrology, special processes, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Experience developing manufacturing documentation and production routings. Knowledge of PFMEA / AMDEC methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Understanding of manufacturing tolerances, process capability, and industrial validation activities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
