What Will You Do? Support assembly process engineering activities for new and ongoing projects. Assist in documenting manufacturing and assembly processes, including work instructions, machine sheets, and process flows. Participate in trial runs and pilot builds, helping ensure processes are properly implemented and validated. Measure and analyze cycle times of equipment and assembly operations to support productivity improvements. Collaborate with engineers and operators to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Help maintain up-to-date documentation for the production line in accordance with quality standards. Support day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Contribute proactively to problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Keep the tracking of the KPIs for all the runs. Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly lines, or production systems. Familiarity with process documentation, time studies, or continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation. Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a hands‑on environment.
