The Mexico City office is located in the Polanco district of CDMX, where our cross-functional team assembles to create experiences for Crunchyroll\'s passionate communities. This position will require flexible travel to offices globally. Responsibilities Lead, organize, and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures to shape and enhance the physical and cultural environments where employees work worldwide. Oversee and optimize aspects of workplace design, functionality, and amenities to foster productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. Foster a healthy, safe, and enjoyable environment at Crunchyroll for both employees and guests. Be tech-savvy with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach. Serve as the main point of contact for physical space and service-related needs throughout the office. Ensure safety training, compliance with safety and facilities regulations, and implement safety programs. Manage facilities vendor relationships (catering, janitorial, security, property management, etc.) and office budgets. Oversee routine maintenance, service contracts, and space planning; support IT with office technology. Collaborate with PeopleOps and IT teams, and assist with build-outs, moves, and space projects. Coordinate opening of new offices globally (site selection, lease negotiations, space planning) and upkeep/renovations of existing offices. Recommend and implement office improvements to enhance culture and employee wellness. Support company social events, off-sites, and all-hands meetings in partnership with the global People Team. Design and implement programs to reflect the company mission in the workplace. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) or equivalent work experience. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing. 5+ years of facilities and workplace management experience. Working knowledge of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems, leases, contracts, and related documents. Knowledge of emergency/crisis management for building operations. Experience with budgeting and fiscal management. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to influence stakeholders across locations globally and work as part of a flexible, hands-on team. Tech-savvy, ideally with knowledge of G-Suite. Useful Skills Subject matter expertise in flexible work, future of work, and employee experience. Experience translating a company’s culture into meaningful employee experiences and workplace design. Knowledge of corporate real estate practices, including lease negotiation, construction, vendor and portfolio management with fiduciary discretion and sustainability. Experience supporting internationally distributed workforce with scalable SOPs. Program design and project management skills; experience with organization-wide implementation. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements; incident management and emergency response history. Experience managing a globally distributed team and workplace portfolio including site selection, budgeting, and health & safety compliance.
