This role handles accounts receivable duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. QUALIFICATIONS Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Detail-oriented with knack for numbers Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software Good communication skill Customer service orientation and negotiation skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree in accounting or finance preferred, or 3-5 years of experience in accounting Knowledge of the MS Office Professional suite, particularly Excel, is desirable International accounting experience a plus Experience with ERP system a plus ENVIRONMENT 100% performed in a climate‑controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.
