Descripción Manage procurement of direct materials and indirect items. Lead purchasing planning processes aligned with the S&OP strategy. Supervise a large team of buyers. Build and implement solid purchasing processes within the first 6 months. Analyze RFQs and negotiate with both domestic and international suppliers. Develop sourcing strategies and supplier standardization. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, logistics, and production teams. Actively engage in the development of new suppliers. Implement cost-saving and efficiency strategies in the purchasing area. Perfil buscado A successful candidate should have: A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry Advanced/Fluent English Strong leadership and management abilities High energy, proactive mindset, and openness.
