If you have a knack for managing complex contracts, a sharp commercial mindset, you will be responsible for performing various tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic experience is required in the following categories: Marketing (BTL Agencies, Audiovisual production, Gifts) Public relations agencies Learning and culture Market research Creative Agencies This role is at the Latin American level, which includes countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Role Responsibilities Analyze market dynamics to manage sourcing processes and contract negotiations proactively. Establish category sourcing strategies, lead cross‑functional strategic sourcing teams, negotiate with suppliers, and execute contracts. Lead the management of currency risks, transforming challenges into opportunities. Act as a market intelligence provider regarding categories; anticipate strategic opportunities and keep key stakeholders informed. Drive category suppliers in Supplier Relationship Management activities to mitigate risk, improve performance, and add value to DiDi. Align with internal customers and understand the business application of the category. Drive the change management of the Marketing Procurement transformation process. Act as a business partner and represent Procurement within the global procurement organization. Challenge legacy processes and ways of working, being creative, dynamic, and developing strategies to speed up business growth. Lead all relevant business partner and supplier interactions including senior levels throughout the sourcing processes. Represent, support, guide, and develop other direct and indirect reports. Ensure compliance and adherence to the Procurement guidelines. Identify opportunities to maximize general corporate results and contribute to the development of the Marketing Services category strategies. Role Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Administration, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics) Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory) 5 years of experience in Marketing Sourcing Categories Experience in ERP Systems Strong negotiation, cost analysis, data analysis, category analysis, and contract skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels confidently and autonomously, building strong and effective relationships Experience with sourcing and procurement methodologies, concepts and execution processes, contracts and supplier management Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills Ability to engage and influence others Creative, energetic, hands‑on and strong‑minded team player with high level of self‑management EEO Statement We are committed to building inclusive and diverse teams.
