Job Tasks Training and Development Design, develop, and deliver training programs for all roles within the Success Department, including SAMs, KSAMs, and SMs. Facilitate onboarding for new hires Develop and facilitate ongoing learning sessions for existing team members. Create engaging training materials and resources tailored to team needs. Identify areas of opportunity within the team to develop and host targeted training initiatives to address gaps. Onboarding Experience & Documentation Review, update, and maintain onboarding documentation and resources for both clients and Virtual Assistants to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with current processes. Design and develop engaging onboarding materials and resources tailored to different user needs, including step‑by‑step guides, videos, and FAQs. Create learning experiences that support a smooth and informative onboarding journey for both clients and VAs. Ensure all onboarding content is up‑to‑date, user‑friendly, and reflects best practices to drive engagement and understanding. Standardization and Process Improvement Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines across the Success Department. Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure relevance, efficiency, and compliance. Manage training content and assignments through platforms such as Trainual or similar portals. Quality Control and Performance Management Develop and conduct quality assessments for new hires and ongoing quarterly reviews via Zoom and testing. Monitor training effectiveness and team performance, identifying areas for improvement to develop and host targeted training initiatives to address gaps. Maintain detailed records of assessments and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with SMs to support low‑performance team members and drive continuous improvement. Administrative and Reporting Duties Produce regular reports on training progress, quality control outcomes, and SOP compliance. Assist in coordinating departmental meetings and training sessions. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness. Work cross‑functionally to align training and development initiatives with broader company goals. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in a coordination or training role, preferably within Success or HR. Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs and standardized procedures (SOPs). Experience managing training content through online portals such as Trainual is highly desirable. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking. Self‑starter, proactive, and innovative. Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant software tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and develop effective training solutions. Requirements The team member must have full‑time availability and live in Latin America. Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish. Fluency and grammar in both languages are essential. Very organized and detail‑oriented. Communication skills, problem‑solving strategies, and words come naturally. Good at setting timelines, deadlines, and fulfilling expectations. Flexibility to cooperate with other team members or areas of the company. Nice to Have Understanding of Success team operations, ideally with prior experience as a SAM or Manager. Associate degree or certification in onboarding, training, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM software. Should be coachable, willing to learn new skills, and able to follow directions. Quick learner, and able to pick up issues/problems fast. Being an independent and self‑driven person who still knows the value of teamwork.
