Our Internship Program is designed for highly motivated students eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic business environment. During the internship, you will support the Corporate Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Natural Resource Conservation across Latin America. Responsibilities include analyzing monthly sustainability metrics (energy, water, and waste), preparing regional performance presentations, tracking progress of regional sustainability action plans with COEs, and supporting decarbonization and water reduction initiatives within a collaborative, data-driven environment. Responsibilities Learn by doing: Support the team with day‑to‑day analyses that help us understand what’s happening in the business. Create and improve tools: Help simplify and automate reports that today require senior time—giving the team more space to focus on big, strategic ideas. Turn data into insights: Practice transforming numbers into clear messages that support smart decisions. Grow your business and sustainability understanding: See how sustainability initiatives support operational performance and regional sustainability goals. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone in their final year of university, studying: Environmental & Industrial Engineering or related fields. And Someone Who Brings Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel). Interest or experience with Power BI or other data‑analysis tools (nice to have). The ability to make sense of data and explain it in simple, clear conclusions. A high level of attention to detail and natural curiosity. A proactive attitude—someone who likes asking “why?”, challenging information, and suggesting better ways of doing things. We’re Looking for Someone With Environmental & Industrial Engineering (1.5 years remaining). Availability to work 30 hours per week. (Morning) Strong interest in learning how corporate sustainability initiatives operate by supporting data analysis, regional coordination, and natural resource conservation activities. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role). A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures.
