RESPONSIBILITIES Own end‑to‑end Master Data management for all regional plants and co‑packers across LAC (Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Panama). Lead, organize and develop the LAC Master Data team (analysts/interns), coaching on best practices, tools, and techniques. Ensure accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and governance of master data in SAP ECC P00, APO P40, and MDG to support business continuity. Create and maintain ICC and IPC in MDG‑P00, including BOMs, routings, procurement, planning (APO), logistics, sales, customs, and excise data for all plants. Partner closely with Planning teams to refine parameters and optimize regional planning processes. Define, implement, and maintain master data standards, templates, and training to ensure consistency and reduce errors. Design, deploy, and monitor data quality controls, alert systems, and KPIs (e.g., Dacore) to ensure master data readiness and ongoing performance. Support new product introduction projects by collaborating with Project Management, Supply Chain, Graphics, and Packaging to define data requirements, timelines, and successful plant implementation. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, data cleanup initiatives, and preventive solutions to improve long‑term data reliability. Promote data governance by reinforcing ownership, accountability, compliance with standards, and effective business‑wide communication of data changes. Develop and maintain master data visibility & enquiry tools (e.g., portfolio, tracking dashboards, mandatory market requirements). Manage creation of EAN barcodes via GS1 and maintain related regulatory and market‑specific data. Coordinate with local and global stakeholders impacted by master data changes to ensure alignment and readiness. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years’ experience working within an FMCG manufacturer, preferably in the drinks industry. 3+ years of expert SAP knowledge, especially in master data maintenance (MDG, PLM). Experience with SAP MM, PP modules and product lifecycle management. Strong project management knowledge and ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly competent in Excel (advanced), including pivot tables, dynamic graphs, Power Query, lookups, etc. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and ensure team success. EDUCATION & LANGUAGE SKILLS Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT or equivalent experience. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English & Spanish, basic working proficiency in Portuguese (preferred).
