Strong passion for technology and solution design. 4–6 years of professional experience as a QA Manager in an agile environment, including enterprise projects at scale, or 1+ years as a Senior QA Manager. Proven track record in leading enterprise scale testing frameworks, processes, and methodologies. Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, verification/validation techniques, and test management. Excellent analytical, documentation, and project planning skills. Strong communication skills across teams, organizations, and stakeholders. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive problem solver. Effective leadership and change management skills. Hands‑on knowledge of Selenium and TestNG. Experience with API and load testing tools. Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Rally) and test management tools (e.g., qTest). Experience in CI/CD environments, preferably with modern release tools like Jenkins. Passion for managing fast‑paced environments. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Test‑Driven Development (TDD). Hunger to learn new concepts and adopt new technologies. Provide time estimates, technical recommendations, and proposed test solutions based on requirements. Create testing and automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
