Lead and execute strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR leadership, driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and selection criteria. Manage job postings across platforms and ensure employer branding consistency. Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging data and market insights. Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in high-impact recruitment projects. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 2–3 years in recruitment roles. Experience in international companies; automotive industry experience is desirable. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.). Knowledge of competency-based interviews and assessment tools. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Languages Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Analytical mindset for evaluating profiles and recruitment KPIs. Teamwork and stakeholder management.
