Responsibilities Conduct survey of regulation evolution, evaluate site compliance and propose related action plans. Alert and support in case of emergencies, in compliance with internal procedures. Process local legal requirements (deliverables external to the site for local authorities) regarding Safety and Ergonomics. Perform occupational risk assessment and environmental analysis. Contribute to ergonomics diagnoses led by the Ergonomics Leader (IST3). Support the design, audit, and operational guarantee of H&S procedures. Pilot H&S action plans and support deployment of H&S methodologies and best practices. Improve H&S skills of employees and take charge of training activities, communication campaigns, and teamwork initiatives. Assure daily operational tasks linked to the job (prevention plan; One reporting). Follow up and support regulatory audit and qualification trainings in H&S. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. +3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards. Experience in starting up new plants (plus). Experience in manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, data analysis (plus). Leadership abilities. High capacity for communication.
