The Opportunity This entry-level Client Operations and Account Support Coordinator role is a chance to build a career in account management while learning the inner workings of a modern SwaS business. You will be the operational backbone of our client relationships, making sure meetings, follow-ups, tickets, and communication are consistently organized and executed. By strengthening our client operations infrastructure, you enable Account Managers to focus on high-value strategic conversations, product implementation, and client retention. For high performers, this role offers a clear path toward Junior Account Manager and ultimately full Account Manager responsibilities. What You\'ll Do Coordinate and maintain recurring monthly and quarterly client meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and calendar management. Prepare for client calls by creating agendas, pulling CRM metrics, and joining meetings when needed to capture structured notes and action items. Log meeting follow-ups within 24 hours, assign tasks to the right team members, and keep client records up to date in CRM systems. Monitor and manage a high volume of support tickets and shared inboxes, ensuring issues are categorized, documented, and escalated appropriately. Support onboarding by preparing client accounts and checklists, confirming setup documentation is accurate, and coordinating handoffs between onboarding and account management. What Success Looks Like Within the first 3–6 months, client meetings consistently start well-prepared, with clear agendas, current performance data, and accurate notes captured after each call. Support tickets and client inquiries are tracked and updated daily, with documentation that makes it easy for the team to resolve issues and maintain SLA expectations. Onboarding tasks for new clients are completed on time, with complete and accurate setup information that allows Account Managers to transition into strategic conversations quickly. Recurring operational gaps, repeated questions, or process breakdowns are identified and translated into updated documentation, Loom walkthroughs, or suggested process improvements. What We\'re Looking For Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence participating in video calls with clients when needed. Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a focus on follow-through and keeping tasks from slipping through the cracks. Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and online tools; experience with Jira or similar ticketing software is a plus. Calm and solutions-focused under pressure, reliable and accountable, and genuinely interested in growing into client-facing account management over time.
