Job Overview Based in Latin America, you will be fully responsible for local product definition for Mexico market. You will identify regional market opportunities and target user demands, deliver professional product definition reports, and manage the full product lifecycle for localized models. Key Responsibilities 1. Reside in Latin America, take charge of local product definition; accurately identify regional market opportunities and target user needs, deliver localized product definition reports, and manage full lifecycle of regional products. 2. Research, verify, convert and review product demands from local sales teams; build localized demand research and conversion capability, cooperate with product lines to deliver solutions, and drive demand freezing and implementation. 3. Conduct user research, establish local user portraits and daily vehicle scenario library; track VOC and NPS data. Dig target customer groups for new Lynk & Co models, summarize user portrait, purchasing concerns, vehicle usage preference (aesthetic, performance, functions, configuration) and driving habits. 4. Conduct market research, track market development and trend changes; monitor competitor sales performance and product moves, and deliver monthly market analysis reports. 5. Evaluate product competitiveness of competitors and our products from multiple dimensions; deliver dynamic & static benchmarking reports including cockpit and intelligent driving system. 6. Collaborate with R&D, styling design, supply chain and overseas sales teams to push project milestones delivery. 7. Participate in vehicle verification, road test, and resolve user experience issues. 8. Be proficient in mainstream domestic and international AI tools and master AI-based research methods. 9. Support product selling point collection before launch, regional marketing campaign planning and product training; ensure consistent product messaging in local region, collect user experience complaints and drive cross-team resolution. 10. Collect post-launch market information, including user feedback and public opinion monitoring. Requirements & Qualifications 1. 3–5 years and above working experience in product definition, market insight, pricing and user research at mainstream overseas automotive OEMs. 2. Bachelor degree or above; major in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Design, Marketing, Industrial Design, Vehicle Intelligence, Traffic Transportation, Product Management or related automotive / market / product majors is preferred. 3. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficiency in one or two local languages is a strong plus. Able to communicate smoothly with overseas sales, local users and multinational teams. 4. Core competencies: • Capable of local product definition and demand identification, independently write product definition reports, with full product lifecycle management experience. • Able to sort out, review and convert sales demands, cooperate with business lines to deliver solutions and control demand implementation. • Proficient in user research methodology, good at building user portrait and scenario library; skilled in analyzing user purchasing preference & driving habits, tracking VOC and NPS. • Strong market trend judgment and competitor monitoring; able to independently deliver monthly market analysis and competitor benchmarking reports, with capability in cockpit and intelligent driving product evaluation. • Able to align R&D, styling, supply chain and overseas sales to drive project progress; participate in vehicle verification and road test, and close-loop optimize user experience. • Marketing capability: good at sorting product selling points, planning regional marketing activities and delivering product training; able to maintain consistent regional product communication and promote user problem optimization. 5. Skilled in mainstream domestic and international AI tools and AI-assisted research methods. 6. Strong data analysis and professional report writing ability. 7. Clear logical thinking, high market sensitivity, excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration, able to adapt to overseas local working pace.
