Languages: Advanced or native English (bilingual with no marked accent). Experience: Previous experience in call centers is preferred, specifically in sales or collections due to the commercial focus of the role. Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn technological tools, systems, and applications. Multitasking: Proficiency in handling up to 5 systems simultaneously. What do we expect from you? Customer Support: Provide support, clarifications, and customer service related to bank accounts. Inbound Management: Handle approximately 60 inbound calls per day. Sales Focus: Offer additional products (pre-approved credits, mortgages, etc.) to customers at the end of each call. Agility: Efficiently navigate through multiple software applications while maintaining high service standards. What do we offer? Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, within a 6:00 am – 6:00 pm window. Training: Fully paid training starting from the first week.
