Position Summary The Quality Intern will support manufacturing quality operations by assisting in process control, inspection activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, supporting compliance with standards, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement. The intern will collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to enhance process consistency, improve reporting accuracy, and strengthen quality systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while gaining hands‑on experience in a manufacturing quality environment. Preferred Qualifications Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Effective communication skills Familiarity with Power Apps is a plus Basic metrology knowledge and experience using measurement tools Knowledge of the 7 Quality Tools Understanding of problem‑solving methodologies Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles Required Qualifications Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward Active student in Engineering or a related field Intermediate to advanced English proficiencyProactive, well‑organized, and eager to learn Position Overview The Quality Intern will support the implementation of 5S and quality standards within laboratory areas, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with part measurement activities, maintaining accurate inspection records, and supporting quality documentation processes. The role also involves analyzing and organizing data for weekly and monthly quality reports, contributing to the identification of trends and improvement opportunities. The intern will support the development and maintenance of skills matrices related to quality processes and assist in reinforcing standardized work. Additionally, the Quality Intern will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen process control, and enhance product quality and operational performance.
