Requirements Workday Financials Certification (Required) Fluent in English (Required) 1+ years experience implementing Workday Financials configurations for customers of all sizes, increasing in complexity (Required) 1+ years experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Financials solutions (Required) Proficiency with general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure‑to‑pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order‑to‑cash (Required) B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred) CPA certification (Preferred) Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and coworkers, building confidence and trust Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to consider alternative perspectives Responsibilities Work directly with clients to implement Workday Financials technology solutions of increasing complexity. Deliver high‑quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet evolving business needs. Define, build, and implement financial processes and structures aligned with client objectives, enhancing user experience and value. Actively participate in internal training updates and share learnings with colleagues. Manage a team of consultants, guiding their development and handling escalations (Manager Level). Develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level). Occasional U.S. travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.
