Sola Wood Flowers is hiring a Fulfillment Lead to join our growing team at our Monterrey, Mexico facility. In this position, you'll help run the daily order fulfillment, packing, and shipping operations on the floor. Working hand-in-hand with our operations group, you'll make sure every order goes out accurately and on schedule, all while keeping our workspace tidy, well-organized, and running smoothly. We're flexible on background. Candidates with anywhere from 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. What you'll do: Help run daily picking, packing, and outbound shipping flows so orders ship correctly and on time. Support inventory integrity through cycle counts, organizing stock, and processing inbound deliveries. Pitch in on training and ramping up new fulfillment team members. Uphold quality standards throughout packing to keep errors and returns low. Keep the operations team in the loop on order progress, delays, or hiccups. Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized. Monitor core productivity numbers and surface improvement opportunities to your manager. Roll up your sleeves and pack orders with the team when volume spikes — nothing is beneath you here. What we're looking for: On-site at our Monterrey, MX warehouse. Spanish fluency required. Conversational English is a must. Ideally 2+ years working in a warehouse, fulfillment, or light manufacturing setting. We're also open to less-experienced folks who bring the right mindset. Solid computer skills, including scanners, inventory tools, spreadsheets, and ERP systems. Sharp eye for detail and ownership of your work. Able to stay on your feet for long stretches, handle packages, and keep pace in a high-energy environment. Willing to provide references when we ask. Our process is rigorous because we don't want to waste anyone's time on a bad-fit hire. Comfortable with a 50+ hour workweek as the norm. Strong alignment with the values above.
