Digital Content Operations Specialist (Streaming / VOD Publishing) Work schedule : 5 days per week with 2 rotating days off. Days off are not fixed to weekends. Required Skills 2 to 3 years of experience in media production digital content operations or broadcast operations Working knowledge of CMS based publishing workflows for digital or streaming platforms Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or any other similar tool Experience preparing and validating metadata video audio and caption assets Familiarity with Tele stream Livestream or similar broadcast capture tools Understanding of video and audio fundamentals frame rates resolutions codecs channel configs Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed step-by-step workflows Proficiency with Google Workspace and operational tracking tools Process ingest format publish and deliver digital video assets Prepare and manage metadata for full episodes and clips including titles descriptions ratings TMS IDs geo-blocking and availability windows Upload and configure video audio captions and imagery within CMS publishing objects Process and format shortform content for distribution across various Platforms Fulfill video and metadata assets for delivery to external SVOD channel partners Capture East Coast broadcast feeds using Tele stream Livestream and prepare assets for VOD by editing commercial pods and retiming captions Perform site quality checks websites to validate playback metadata accuracy captions thumbnails and ad markers Troubleshoot and resolve publishing issues including missing assets incorrect metadata captions or playback configuration Effective written and verbal communication skills Indefinite Contract 100% Payroll 12 days of vacations, increases 2 days per year Prime Bonus 25% Law Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Profit Sharing 15 days Christmas Bonus Food Coupons 3% of gross salary every month Life Insurance Health Insurance for employees and direct dependents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
