Job Objective Check complex requirement notices regarding quantities, dates, and descriptions with the support of the system in clearly defined contexts. Plan, control, and monitor complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts according to requirements and schedule. Material Planning Check complex requirement notices regarding the quantities, dates and descriptions with the support of the system. Define and guarantee economical order quantities according to given planning rules. Update logistics material master data, taking into account defined targets (e.g. safety stock level) for purchased parts in agreement with internal posts. Check safety stock levels, batch sizes, lead times and correct the stored data. Take responsibility for the stock levels of a complex parts spectrum. Involve in the optimization of the supply chain within the context of departmental specifications. Carry out complex stock management for a restricted area of responsibility. Take part in or carry out coordination meetings with internal posts. Plan, control, and monitor complex deliveries of a comprehensive range of purchased parts according to requirements and schedule. Control and monitor component allocation for external production, considering the required quantity and time. Act as central contact person for material planning processes and logistical supplier management in the plant. Execute training measures and knowledge transfer of standardized material planning processes to the purchase parts planner and supervisors in the plant. Create regular analyses of material master data, including stock values and stock ranges, with corrections according to standard specifications. Measure and monitor to achieve targets. Provide first‑level support for purchase parts planner in plant. Trigger orders and deadline inquiries. Monitor delivery dates (deadline follow‑up, guarantee), involving the internal posts responsible. In difficult deadline situations, initiate escalation if necessary. Prepare complex solution measures in the event of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with internal posts, suppliers and the superior if necessary. Check incoming order confirmations, clarify differences in agreement with internal posts and supplier. Coordinate complex on‑schedule provision of parts and/or materials between the suppliers and internal posts, monitoring the provision, consumption and return of the provided parts for external production if appropriate. Process the incoming goods journal, clarify in the event of excess deliveries or changes in schedule, whether value data or return, initiating logistic escalation if necessary. Set up and permanently monitor supplier consignment stores. Prepare and carry out logistics‑supplier meetings concerning deadline and quantity problems, and participate in supplier evaluations. Process differences in invoices (quantity differences) on the accounts payable side. Monitor Kanban control loops, determining all necessary master and movement data to realize prescribed availability at low stock levels. Take over planning responsibility for items before SOP. Participate in projects concerning process changes, sourcing committees and guarantee implementation according to the derived measures. Monitor and be responsible for the stocktaking of the materials provided by suppliers. Train and support the purchase parts planner to fulfill the required tasks according to work routines. First‑level support for purchase parts planner in plant and central contact for material planning processes and logistics supplier management. Regularly analyze and, if necessary, correct scheduling relevant master data for the procurement of materials. Analyze potential for optimization in procurement processes and initiate realization while taking into account standard processes. Support the project team in the I2P phase regarding material planning processes. Specify and implement system‑based change requests, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training, and application documentation. Document and configure material planning related SAP modules to meet business requirements. Project Management Support the management of logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective, including rollout and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes. Define, plan, coordinate and monitor tasks within project teams by using defined methods and systems. Prepare and further develop concepts for improving recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and management of process‑related data. Support negotiations of general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g. JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging). Qualifications 1+ years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of SAP. Supply chain knowledge.
