Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support accounts payable activities in line with defined policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing comprehensive reports and analysis to support effective decision-making. This role is contributing to the Finance Accounting Operation in SLP. Main stakeholders are Brazil's controllers and front office staff members. Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. Performing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring. Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Payable team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation. Assisting in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place. Inputting invoice and payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and assisting in reconciling vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are accounted for and resolved promptly. Qualifications For The Role You are immersed highly skilled in enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies such as SAP, E.R.P, and in-house softwares & tools. Ability to demonstrate your experience in payments. You have 2 years of experience in payments, treasury and accounting. Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Banking portals, MS Office, Copilot and other digital tools. You are passionate about customer service, communication, empathy & professionalism. Bachelor's Degree in public accountancy & proven experience in accounts payable, specifically payments, or treasury activities. You are at ease communicating in English (in an advanced level) & portuguese (medium-intermediate level).
