Audit Specialist The Audit Specialist is recent graduate with a strong interest in the automotive industry, focused on operational audits, customer experience, and process analysis within dealer networks. Responsible for conducting service quality evaluations, monitoring sales and aftersales processes, and supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives. Analytical profile with strong communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills. General Mission or Objective of the Position Ensure the proper evaluation and continuous improvement of service and customer experience processes within the BYD dealer network through audits, mystery shopping visits, and operational analysis, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, brand experience, and efficiency in sales and aftersales operations. Responsibilities and Task Conduct mystery shopping visits to BYD dealerships and competitor dealer network. Evaluate service quality, customer experience, and commercial processes. Prepare reports and present audit findings and investigation results. Follow up on detected issues and verify implementation of corrective action. Support activities related to PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and aftersales processes. Monitor the correct implementation of warranty and maintenance program. Analyze operational information and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to improve processes. Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and workshops. Support special projects related to customer experience and service quality improvement. Requirements Education: Recent graduate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business. Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, Intermediate Excel and data analysis capabilities, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Attention to detail, Organization and follow-up skills, Problem-solving mindset, Teamwork and collaboration, Proactive attitude and fast learning ability, Customer-oriented mindset, Advanced English proficiency. Experience: Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience; Prior experience desirable in automotive industry, automotive sales, customer service, aftersales or service operations, internships or trainee programs; Basic understanding of dealership operations and service quality standards.
