General Purpose Of Job The Associate Project Manager works in conjunction with all teams at Rise to fulfill media marketing programs for our clients, including web development projects, media campaign launches, analytics implementations, and other digital initiatives. The role supports the project management team in developing and enforcing efficient processes to manage agency work for media campaigns. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with our clients and internal teams to support project plans and keep them on track. This position requires superior organizational and time‑management skills, and a service‑oriented, positive attitude toward clients and colleagues, coupled with an appreciation of business realities and achieving deadlines. Key Responsibilities Assist, develop, and manage timelines for media marketing projects. Manage a multitude of smaller to medium projects, ranging from online to offline media, with a focus on online media. Wrangle scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and flawlessly. Communication & Collaboration Serve as the day‑to‑day management and communication liaison between internal teams and clients. Ensure clear and thorough communication across the project team, proactively clearing blockers. Track and prioritize all client requests and deliverables, creating visibility and transparency into progress. Team Support Work with the team to ensure client deliverables are met on time and on budget, including adherence to internal processes and resource allocations. Problem‑Solving & Quality Be detail‑oriented to ensure all work is client‑ready. Anticipate client and team questions and provide thoughtful answers and solutions. Go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service. Work with Project Managers and leaders to employ lessons learned to ensure each subsequent project is more successful than the last.
