Your Tasks Business Partner : Advising and supporting top management on HR topics, deriving HR strategies from business strategies, and implementing them. Labor Relations : Ensuring compliance, managing absenteeism, turnover, lawsuits, employee terminations, and union dealings. HR Processes & Tools : Setting up or optimizing HR processes and tools, ensuring their global implementation. Onboarding & Key Positions : Managing onboarding and filling key positions within the business unit. Performance & Talent Management : Assisting in designing and implementing international performance, talent, and succession systems. Local HR Projects : Coordinating or managing local HR projects as needed. Coaching : Providing coaching support for management, especially during reorganizations or change management.
