This role serves as a key business partner to corporate function leaders, providing financial insights, cost transparency, budgeting and forecasting support, and performance analysis to drive effective decision-making and resource allocation. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, strong cost governance, and alignment with organizational objectives.**How you ́ll made an impact:*** Partner with functional leaders to manage operating expenses and achieve financial targets.* Lead monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for corporate and local functions.* Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying risks and cost saving opportunities.* Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for corporate and local functions.* Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions to support cost optimization initiatives.* Monitor headcount, contractor spend, and discretionary expenses.* Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages for senior leadership.* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.**Your Background:*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.* 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.* Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.* Experience supporting corporate or shared service functions.* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).* Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).* Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.**More about us*** Growth globally* Continuous improvement culture* Benefits above the regular market* Regional scope#J-18808-Ljbffr
