Key Responsibilities Own the regional marketing plan for the Additives & Premixes category in Mexico, aligned with global product strategy and local market needs. Apply understanding of regional and multicultural market dynamics to adapt global approaches for relevance while maintaining consistency with approved frameworks. Set priorities across marketing initiatives, events, tools, and enablement activities, making trade-offs visible and aligned to business impact. Lead execution of marketing initiatives including field enablement, technical meetings, trade shows, and supporting materials. Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales conversations, customer education, and adoption. Translate technical value propositions into clear, usable materials that support field effectiveness Insights, Data & Decision Support. Leverage sales, market, and execution data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze customer, distributor, and market-level data to surface trends, execution gaps, and adoption barriers. Frame insights into clear recommendations that support prioritization and through short term and long-term planning decisions. Conduct structured after-action reviews following key events, campaigns, and initiatives. Document learnings, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities. Ensure insights translate into actionable next steps and are incorporated into future planning. Support selects Animal Nutrition Additives & Premixes marketing activities across North America where technical approaches and materials translate effectively across markets. Identify opportunities to reuse or adapt programs, assets, and tools to reduce duplication and improve efficiency. Coordinate with North American partners while maintaining clear ownership of Mexico priorities. Work closely with Global Product Marketing to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Partner with in-country technical (CDD) and regulatory teams to support accurate and disciplined use of approved content. Influence across matrixed teams and stakeholders without direct authority, maintaining strong working relationships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field; 5+ years in B2B, animal nutrition, or technical marketing. Strong commercial and data acumen—leveraging digital analysis and market insights to inform pricing, portfolio, and category strategy. Ability to translate technical nutrition and sustainability data into compelling, insight-driven storytelling and customer value propositions. Experience developing creator‑style content and executing field activations that connect technical solutions to real‑world customer needs. Working knowledge of livestock production systems and feed ingredient applications across species. Proven ability to collaborate and influence across sales, technical, and marketing teams in matrixed, multicultural environments. Strong project management and execution discipline, managing multiple priorities. Clear communicator, comfortable engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders. English/Spanish bilingual capabilities required. Experience with CRM and marketing tools. Familiarity with feed formulation concepts, performance metrics.
