***- The NPDI supports the team in executing materials transformation initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports. Support the implementation of digital tools and process improvements. Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Assist in tracking KPIs and identifying trends or anomalies. Collaborate with site teams to gather feedback and support change management. Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Experience in analyzing open purchase orders. 4-8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.). Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical & Environmental Demands The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams. Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols. The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer. Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits. Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
