Ocean Pricing Supervisor Propósito del puesto Gestionar y optimizar las tarifas de transporte marítimo internacional, asegurando un equilibrio entre competitividad en el mercado y rentabilidad del negocio , mediante la negociación con proveedores, el análisis de mercado y el soporte estratégico al área comercial. Principales responsabilidades Gestión de tarifas Negociación con navieras Análisis de mercado Supervisión de equipo Soporte al área comercial Control y optimización Conocimientos Experiencia mínima de 4 años en el área de Pricing como Supervisor lidereando Conocimiento en Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), importación y exportación marítimo FCL / LCL / consolidación, rutas y transit times, temporadas (peak season), recargos (BAF, CAF, THC), operación de navieras. Pricing y costos, construcción de tarifas, margenes y rentabilidad, estrategias de pricing, costeo end-to-end Excel Avanzado, tendencias de mercado, KPI´s (margen, win rate) BI (Power BI, Tableau) Negociación con navieras, contratos comerciales y relación con carriers.
