The Teaching Assistant supports the Teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences and fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. This role involves working closely with students to provide individual or small group support, assisting with classroom management, preparing resources, and contributing to the overall well‑being and academic progress of all pupils. The Teaching Assistant upholds SEP requirements, AIM’s curriculum, Inspired’s educational philosophy, and the school’s safeguarding standards.
