Role Overview The Regional Medical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating medical and health-related initiatives across the region. This role ensures compliance with legal and corporate health standards, promotes a culture of industrial health and safety, and supports employee well‑being through proactive medical supervision and training. Responsibilities Coordinate physicians’ work across assigned sites. Closely monitor medical processes at assigned sites. Provide ongoing medical training to physicians under supervision. Support disputed cases by issuing medical‑technical/legal opinions. Prepare reports and/or documents relevant to the role. Perform any other job‑related activities associated with the position. Adhere to NOM‑010‑STPS‑2014, NOM‑011‑STPS‑2001, NOM‑030‑STPS‑2009, NOM‑036‑STPS‑2018, SIA, SIAT requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Health, or a Bachelor’s degree with Physician (MD) and/or General Practitioner specializing in Occupational Medicine. Applicable knowledge of Mexican legislation (Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law). Applicable knowledge of Mexican regulations from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. Applicable knowledge of regulations of the Mexican Social Security Institute regarding occupational risks, temporary work disability, partial permanent disability, and disability. Applicable knowledge of regulations of the Ministry of Health (medical office, medical records, notice of operation). Benefits Compensation package, including major medical and life insurance.
